Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery) The majority of products available on Neural Naad (including MP3/WAV audio files, digital wallpapers, and video assets) are digital downloads.

  • Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate download link on the "Thank You" page. You will also receive an email with the download link to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Instant (0-15 minutes). If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

  • Download Limits: Some products may have a limit on the number of times they can be downloaded (e.g., 3 downloads per purchase). Please save your files to a secure device immediately.

2. Physical Merchandise (If Applicable) For any physical items purchased (e.g., T-shirts, Posters, Accessories):

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping Partners: We use trusted carriers (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post) to ship your items.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

    • International: 10-15 business days (Customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer).

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

3. International Orders We currently accept international orders for Digital Products only. Physical shipping is currently restricted to India. (Update this section if you start shipping merch globally).
