Refund Policy

1. Overview Thank you for purchasing from Neural Naad (operated by Aeon Immersive Pvt. Ltd.). We take pride in the quality of our immersive media and audio productions.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Neural Naad. By making a purchase on our website (www.neuralnaad.com), you agree to this policy.

2. Digital Products (Music, Wallpapers, Audio Stems) We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product, but ONLY under the following specific circumstances:

  • Major Defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If a file is corrupt or technically defective and we cannot fix it for you, a refund will be issued.

  • Product Not-As-Described: Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it was described on the website.

  • Non-delivery of the Product: Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.

Please Note: Since our products are digital and irrevocable, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind."

3. Physical Merchandise (If Applicable) If you purchase physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, Posters) from our store:

  • Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

5. Late or Missing Refunds If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
